Date polls without picking a time first
Agree on the day before getting into the details. Let your group mark every date that could work.

Date-only scheduling offers two to fifteen distinct dates with no restaurant or activity list required. A calendar date stays the same date across time zones. When a time matters, use the scheduling editor and review its time-zone setting.
A useful first step for repeat organizers
Collect availability for your next workshop or club meeting, choose a date, then use a short survey to ask about interests or collect feedback. Each poll or survey has its own participant link.
Keep guest effort small
Guests answer from a shared browser link without an account. The organizer makes the final selection; a poll does not reserve a venue or automatically synchronize everyone’s calendar.
Release status
Date-only scheduling is deployed in the private beta. Verified organizer accounts can keep saved items. Guests do not need accounts. Automated organizer email workflows are still undergoing acceptance; joining the interest list requests a beta invitation.
