When a choice poll helps
Use a choice poll when the question is “which of these would work?” Offer two to five places, activities or ideas. Guests choose all acceptable options, so the organizer can see overlap and make the final decision.
From one meal to a repeating group
Try it for the next book-club venue, a neighborhood outing or a workshop topic. Keep the shortlist focused; a long questionnaire belongs in a short survey.
A link guests can answer
Guests can vote in a browser without creating an account or installing an app. Naming requirements and result visibility depend on the organizer’s settings. Treat participant links as shareable within your group, not as a secure way to collect sensitive information.
What is available
Choice polls, date-only polls, short surveys and saved account lists are available in the private beta. Guests answer from a participant link. Organizer invitation and reminder email activation is still undergoing acceptance. Joining the beta-interest list requests an invitation; it does not create an account.
